Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept refunds unless product was damaged during arrival. ( Photo proof is required for damaged goods. ) Please be sure to double check your address before purchasing. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address. Once product has been sent for delivery we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
No Refunds will be given if order is still “In transit” to its destination.
The shipping carrier we use is USPS. To receive updates on where customer order is, or when it will arrive, customer must contact USPS and provide the carrier with their tracking number. We will not do that on behalf of the customer. Once product ships, all shipping information is in the hands of USPS.
International shipping takes about 7-21 business days to arrive, in most cases. In some cases International shipping can take up to 7-30 business days to arrive.
International orders are responsible for paying their own customs fee. If customer decides not to pay their Country’s customs fee no refund will be provided.
